Products is always pretty good but the service is always poor. I’ve had boxes not ship for months my subscription pause on its own I’ve been charged twice (tried to pay early and it ended up charging me again on the scheduled time) reached out to customer service many times never had a response but I’ve just told myself it’s probably a smaller business with less employees so I let it be but I’m thinking of canceling subscription
